Healthy life style tips


Hey everyone I'm sorry for not posting on Wednesday but I thought I might just write on Sundays from now on since its getting very packed up and I want to give you the best post I can deliver each week not just an ok one and a great one so I've decided to do one post a week.

So to get this started I'll usually make some type of healthy breakfast. Lately I've been eating lots of yogurt with fruit and granola and I've taken a few pics for you so here they go...


Also I have been doing lots of healthy snacks like I made a Chocolate Coconut and Peanut Butter snack ball. So I'm just going to show you some of the steps that happened.





And finally the finished product of it.



So also getting in lots of cardio is very important so its great to wear comfy gym clothes while working out and make sure you are confident in what your doing even if your just outside you need to feel confident in what your doing and I'll usually buy something from Rebel Sport. During the weekend I went on a few runs with the dog and by myself and I also did some a warm up so this worked for me or even if you just want to do this you'll still get in the right amount of excerise that you should get.

So for starters I'll put on my workout Spotify playlist which is one of my favourite playlists, then I'll start my killer cardio by doing...

1 minute of skipping rope
1 minute of butt kicks
1 minute of burpes 
1 minute of jumping jacks 
1 minute of High knees 
then 10 minutes of running 

Sometimes I'll change it around it all depends on what I feel like doing.
Also drink lots of WATER don't go for the sweets go green or another colour thats healthy XD

Chocolate Chip Recipe


Hi everyone sorry for not posting on Wednesday I was busy like usual so I made some chocolate chip biscuits but I burnt them and I forgot to take some photos but there is a few good photos so enjoy this and sorry if your really hungry after this.

Ingredients

1 cup of Butter (225g)
3/4 of Sugar 
3/4 of Brown Sugar
2 eggs 
2 tsp of Vanilla essence 
2 1/4 cups of plain flower
1 tsp of baking soda ( I accidentally used baking powder instead but they turned out fine)
1 tsp of salt
2 cups of chocolate chips 


Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a tray.

Step 2.
Cream the butter, sugar and brown sugar until light, pale and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time and mix in-between and then stir in vanilla.

Step 3. 
Next you fold in the flour and baking soda or powder and salt and add the chocolate chips.


Step 4.
Place rounded spoonfuls on a greased tray.


Step 5. 
Bake until brown or for 8-10 minutes then take out to cool and enjoy!
